Yes it is and this grief taught me a lot about how to be present for others.

This hals been the hardest post to process. I can't think too deeply about it or I will go into a bad place about my own children and grands. But it's a beautifully and painfully written, and I love you for it.

Yes, it is a tough one! It was tough to write, but also such a critical part of my history, particularly as set the stage for how I understand grief. I think it has helped me be more present to Regina, for example. Thank you for your feedback and for trusting my work!

Such a hard truth to learn, but, like you, I have over the years. This line is perfect: “She taught me that loss and love are inseparable and that how I love after an unimaginable loss is just as important, if not more so, than before.”
