Happy Friday evening! I hope you’re week has been a good one and that you have a wonderful weekend planned filled with everything you need it to be. I’m spending mine in a two-day editing workshop, so I’ll be up to eyeballs, but I’m looking forward to it.

This is probably not the first time you’ve seen this notice, but I wanted to make sure to remind you to register for my first live literary salon on April 21, 2024. I’m really looking forward to it. If you’ve already registered, thank you! And feel free to invite your friends!

I’ll start with a reading from If You Only Knew: A Memoir of Family Secrets and their Undoing, then we’ll delve into your questions, observations, and ideas, exploring themes of family, identity, and resilience that resonate throughout the first half of this memoir, including what it’s like to write and share deeply personal stories.

Whether you've been traveling on this journey with me from the beginning or are curious to learn more, I’d love to see you there. You don’t have to be caught up (or even started!) with your reading to participate! Here are the details:
