Join me on Sunday for my first-ever online Literary Salon!

Join me in person on April 21 at 7 pm Eastern for a online literary salon focused on my serial memoir "If You Only Knew: A Memoir of Family Secrets and their Undoing."

Only two days left before my first ever Zoom literary salon! I’m incredibly excited that I get to be with you in person, even if it’s virtual! If you haven’t already registered, I hope you’ll consider joining us. Registration is free.

To get a sense of what we’ll be doing, I’ll start by sharing a reading from If You Only Knew: A Memoir of Family Secrets and their Undoing. We’ll then delve into your questions, observations, and ideas, exploring themes of family, identity, and resilience that resonate throughout the first half of this memoir. I’ll also share with you a little about my experience of writing and sharing deeply personal stories such as these.

For the introverts among us (me included!), I want you to know that you can expect the group to be relatively small—20 or so folks—so there’s no need to worry about getting lost in the crowd. And for the extroverts, there should be enough people to make you comfortable, too.

And most importantly, it’ll be fun being together with old friends, new friends, and readers I’ve haven’t even met yet.

Whether you've been traveling on this journey with me from the beginning or are curious to learn more, I’d love to see you there. And remember, you don’t have to be caught up (or even started!) with your reading to participate!
