I'm going to say: the sunset from the bridge - just gorgeous, and so perfectly capturing the idea that from every ending there is a beginning, of night time and all its secrets, for example.
My favorite too! I was mesmerized by that sunset. The most beautiful I've ever seen. And so poignant after spending a talking talking with Selma residents about the devastation the tornado caused to their community. I felt like it was a gift from the heavens.
That bluebird, fierce little thing! And the waterfall was gorgeous. Sometimes it’s moments of noticing the tiniest things that give me hope the world will go on, no matter how badly we botch climate mitigation or who’s running the countries this year.
I love that little one! Incredible how intrepid the little birds are. I spent a lot of time with that little waterfall. It was one of those magical moments that I couldn't let go of. And yes, I agree--it's sometimes the tiniest things that give me hope, too. We keep going as best we can and letting the little things surprise us.
